1. FEES

Full Payment of the course fees must be received prior to the

commencement of the course. Your place on the course is not

guaranteed until full payment is received. Places will not be reserved

until full payment is made. Failure to pay may mean you lose the

opportunity to a masterclass.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your place on the course, you should contact us

as soon as possible.

If we can fill your space with a suitable candidate, we will give you a

refund, minus an administration fee of £80.

If there is no replacement found, unfortunately we will not be able to

refund any course fees.

In the rare event that we have to cancel a course we will endeavour to

offer suitable alternatives. However some courses have minimum

attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few bookings are

received. This is particularly relevant to external tutors and

masterclasses.

We reserve the right to:

  • Amend and cancel courses

  • Substitute tutors

  • Change location of the course.

If we cancel the course, we shall do our best to give you at least one

week’s notice and you will have the option of transferring to another

course or of having a full refund of the course fee.We will not be liable for any losses (including but not limited to travel and third party accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any

cancellation or modification as set out above beyond the cost of the

course fee. Any accommodation package booked via us will be

refunded.

NON-ATTENDANCE

Non-attendance of a class or classes due to illness or for personal or

for professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds, extra

tuition or a transfer. For residential courses we suggest that you take

out a travel insurance policy for this instance.

STUDENT CONDUCT

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner

and to recognise that other students also require support and

assistance. If a student becomes persistently disruptive, or is

intoxicated we may, at our discretion ask the student to leave the

course.

REFUND POLICY

We work hard to ensure that students expectations and course aims are

met. In case of dissatisfaction, we will not be able to refund the course

fees.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

You are protected by the consumer protection act and the distance selling act.  If you require a refund, or an exchange: 

  • The item must be sent within 14 days of receipt. 

  • The item must be returned with your details it may take longer to process. 

  • Any item with a security tag tampered with or removed may not be returned. 

  • The item MUST be in a saleable condition and un used. 

  • The return should be sent by a signed for postal service with sufficient insurance which we will not refund to you.

You do not need to contact us if you are returning an item just send with in 14 days and your details.

Custom items made to order are not refundable as they have been made to your specific order, this is particularly relevant to wholesale orders where we do not keep stones in stock.  If you do not feel you have received what you have ordered please contact us with in 14 days of receipt to organise a replacement.  We are unable to refund.
