Dinner is two courses in a wonderful restaurant with delicious local produce.  
Breakfast again is fresh local produce and cooked freshly with a fabulous selection. 
Usually the tutors will be staying too so you will dine with them.  A fantastic opportunity for brain storming and networking with other industry specialists.
