Intensive metal forming class. 14th August 2024

Forming is the fundamental skill of any jeweller or mounter.  You will need to have some skill including piercing and soldering before you come to this class.  It is an intense day with important theory as well as hand on making.  We work to a tolerance of 0.2mm there is no room for error!  This is a good bolt on to the summer school or for pupils that want to come back and expand their ability.
By the end of the day you will be able to make a sphere pendant or earrings, a tooth box, or a square ring.  The pace is fast, the accuracy spot on and you will not want to stop!
With the skills you will be able to go back with confidence and a new platform to work on your jewellery making journey.
